Whether you’re planning a wedding reception, anniversary celebration, birthday party, corporate gala or family gathering, the EVENT RENTAL RATES are designed to cover more than the necessities.  Brick+Mortar’s versatile space includes tables and chairs, chandeliers and so much more. Our rental pricing is designed for the client looking for all they need in one place.

Event Rental Rates

Based on an event with a maximum attendance of 300

SUNDAY – $2,500

FRIDAY – $4,000

SATURDAY – $5,000

Includes ($10,000+ Value):
  • Brick + Mortar Indoor Venue
  • Round or Banquet Tables
  • X Back Chairs
  • 5 Crystal Chandeliers
  • Urban Patio
  • Warming Kitchen & Ice Machine
  • Bridal Suite
Does NOT include:
  • Ceremony Venue Space of Ceremony Time
  • Event Flips
  • Bartending Services
  • Security Service
  • Catering Services

ADD AN INDOOR CEREMONY TO A RECEPTION – $750

Includes:
  • Event Flip from Ceremony to Reception (reception chairs would be used for ceremony seating)
  • Two additional hours of event time
  • 10×10 Polyester Backdrop (Black, White or Ivory)

ADD AN OUTDOOR CEREMONY TO A RECEPTION – $750

Includes:
  • 300 Garden Folding Chairs in White or Black (with set-up and take down)
  • Two additional hours of event time
  • 10×10 Polyester Backdrop (Black, White, or Ivory)

CEREMONY ONLY – $1,500

Includes:
  • In Brick + Mortar indoor venue OR outside on The Entertainment Pad
  • 300 Garden Folding Chairs in White or Black (with set-up and take down)
  • Two hours of venue time
  • 10×10 Polyester Backdrop (Black, White, Ivory)

MONDAY – THURSDAY (Daytime Pricing)

Includes:
  • $250/hour with a two (2) hour minimum
  • Brick + Mortar Indoor Venue Only
  • Includes Standard Tables and Chairs

MONDAY – THURSDAY (Evening Pricing)

Includes:
  • $275/hour with a three (3) hour minimum
  • Brick + Mortar Indoor Venue
  • Incldues Standard Tables and Chairs
