Brick & Mortar is Wichita’s premier venue, located in the heart of the Arena District. Our 24,000+ square foot campus features two unique spaces perfect for your gathering.

Our venue, lovingly restored through a historic preservation process, showcases the original character of the building. Exposed brick, barrel-vaulted plank wood ceilings, metal beams, and polished cement floors pair perfectly with expertly designed modern amenities such as luxurious restrooms featuring hand-poured cement sinks, and floor-to-ceiling overhead doors that open to our urban patio. Brick & Mortar’s event space is scalable to accommodate any size group.

The Patio

The Patio, Brick & Mortar’s outdoor venue space, is the perfect urban oasis located in the heart of the Arena District. The Patio is 8,000+ square feet of outdoor space, located directly across the street from Intrust Bank Arena.

The Patio features concrete floors studded with a center aisle of red brick. Featuring a custom gate made of Corten.

The Patio is the perfect space to host a wedding ceremony, corporate picnics, prom, and social events. There is enough square footage to spread out and enjoy the urban vibes of the Arena District.
